本文针对P2P网络电子商务中交易的安全性问题，提出了优先集合信任模型把所有节点区分为普通节点和高信誉节点（没有欺骗行为的节点），并各自组成集合。运行的每次交易中，源节点对目标节点进行信誉查询并根据信誉计算结果决定是否交易。在优先集合信任模型中，只有目标节点在普通节点集里，才需要进行信誉的查找计算；目标节点在高信誉节点集时，不需要信誉计算，可以直接进行交易。这样解决电子商务中的交易安全问题。
另外针对各个节点在交易中各种行为，我们可以对其进行满意度的评价，以及投诉。本文以Microsoft SQL Sever 2000作为后台数据库，以JBuilder 9.0作为开发平台，使用Java图形界面编程语言实现了信誉评价系统，主要完成对对节点满意度的评价和投诉。
