摘 要：随着电子商务的快速发展，我国大中型企业开始着手物资电子商务采购，在一定程度上降低了企业采购成本，为企业实现“适时制”和“零库存”奠定了基础，使电子商务采购比传统采购方式显示出了极大的优越性。但由于电子商务采购交易对象的不确定性和交易环境的虚拟性，又增加了电子商务采购的风险。本文在阐述我国电子商务采购发展现状的基础上，分析了电子商务采购中存在的问题，寻找到电子商务采购发展的关键与难点；并借鉴国内外大中型企业的成功经验，提出了提高电子商务采购效率和降低采购成本的方法，以及规避风险的策略。
