THIS AGREEMENT is made the __th day of ____ 2006.
BETWEEN:
(1) ZAGRO ___________, a company incorporated in Singapore, having its registered address at 5 Woodlands Terrace, Zagro Global Hub, Singapore 738430 (“Zagro"), and
