本课题主要研究硅灰混凝土在海洋环境下的力学性能。将硅灰混凝土分别放在标准养护条件和海水养护条件下养护,测量其3d、28d、90d、180d和1a的强度。对比研究其硅灰混凝土中长期强度的发展趋势。通过改变外加剂用量、水胶比以及用水量,研究影响硅灰混凝土强度的因素。分别对两种养护条件下硅灰混凝土进行了冻融试验,测量混凝土冻融后的吸水率、剥落率、相对动弹摸量、相对抗压强度等试验数据,分析发现硅灰混凝土抗海水侵蚀能力和抗冻性比较理想。试验结果表明:掺入硅灰的混凝土海水养护条件下强度要高于标养养护强度。海养硅灰混凝土早期强度增加较快,但到后期强度开始下降。此外,外加剂的掺量和水胶比的大小对硅灰混凝土强度的影响也很明显。
