航空发动机是一种高速旋转、结构复杂的流体机械,需要大量有效的流体动密封,同时,高速旋转机械转子系统的振动问题是影响发动机稳定可靠工作的主要因素之一。封严效果和减振性能的好坏是影响航空发动机稳定、可靠和高效运行的关键性问题,直接影响到航空发动机的整体性能。为此设计一种适应现代高性能发动机的新型密封结构“带金属橡胶外环的气膜密封阻尼结构”,该结构是基于弹性箔片动压轴承工作原理,借鉴弹性箔片气膜轴承的结构设计的。研究该气膜密封阻尼结构的工作机理;以气膜密封结构的受力分析和运动分析为基础建立该结构的物理模型;从N-S方程和连续方程出发,推导其雷诺方程并求解气膜压力分布。本课题在该密封阻尼结构的物理模型已经建立的前提下,运用数值算法用Matlab编程求解该结构的雷诺方程,得出结构的气膜压力场,然后分析其与各设计参数之间的变化关系,得到该结构的性能特性分析。
