UC知道I am frustrated by oral English

But now I find I don't have the bility to say even a fluent English sentence. Yes,I mean I don't have the communicate ability as same as my written English.
When I want to say something,I always try to find some words that I'll use them in my oral sentense. But it always take me much time for thinking about these words and phrases. So far I still only use simple sentences in my English speaking. Now my situation is I can recognize many words in articles but I can't use them in my English speaking.
I want to get more opportunity to communicate but my classmates never say a word unless in class. I used to listen to some English tapes but the effect didn't obvious.

Fine.Your problem is very common among us.Many just recite lots of advanced words which are not very useful in oral English,but in essays or compositions.I used to have this problem,too.My oral English teacher adviced me to watch some American TV serials.So I watched "friends","desperate housewives" and some other serials.Now my oral English is much better though still has something pronunciation problems.
So I suggest that you should watch some American TV serials or movies.The sentences are very effective in our daily life,especially when you talk with foreigners.
Besides,there is a great English software named IMVU.You can search it on Google or Baidu.It is funny and workable because you can communicate with foreigners from all over the world.But it is a total English software though you can type in Chinese if you occasionally meet with Chinese people.
