摘 要
我的论文的研究目的是研究强化地板生产车间的工艺布局。将车间的各种设备按照生产线产能发挥进行最优化摆放，也就是将车间的各种设备在车间的位置进行合理布局，使之在生产中能发挥最大产能。
所谓设备布局就是指按照一定的原则，在设备和车间内部空间面积的约束下，对车间内各组成单元进行设备的选型、配比及布局，使它们之间的生产配合关系最优，物料运送代价最小。
为了达到设备布局所提的要求，提高车间的生产效率，我就要对生产车间进行如下的几点研究：
（1） 考察车间现有的设备布局。
（2） 车间强化地板生产的工艺流程。
（3） 车间主要生产设备的性能和数据。
（4） 车间各生产设备在生产过程中的相互配合关系。
（5） 设备与设备之间产品运输的路径与方式。
（6） 产品辅助加工设备的性能和加工方式
通过对以上几点的研究，了解设备的基本性能数据以及设备在车间生产工艺流程中的作用。然后按照设备布局的原则和方法以及车间生产的实际情况对车间的设备进行合理的布局和研究。
其次再将改进后的设备布局和原来的设备布局进行对比和研究，从设备布局、企业的生产效率以及设备的产能发挥上分析出改进后的设备布局在生产过程中有哪些优点以及改进后的设备布局和原有的设备布局在生产效率、设备的产能发挥、设备之间相互的配合关系上都有怎样的改变。
最后将以上所有的研究进行归纳总结。针对车间的现有设备状况进行生产力最大化的研究，调整各生产设备之间的关系，使之符合车间设备的最优化布局。
