开发了一套基于动态乳化理论的重油乳化智能控制系统。系统根据船舶柴油机运行参数,在不改变柴油机结构、不添加乳化剂的前提下,应用单片机技术和模糊控制理论,油水比例随柴油机负荷变化实现掺水的优化控制,使船舶柴油机达到较佳的节能效果。系统采取加压防破乳技术,在重油高温状态下,实现良好的重油乳化效果,且边乳化边稳定燃烧。在6300ZC船舶柴油机上进行推进特征、废气排放特征等试验,试验结果表明,平均节油率可达9.40%,NOx降低率为15.40%,烟度降低率为24.92%,具有较高的实用推广价值。
