随着现代电子电路技术的发展,滤波器在通信产品中有着重要的作用,在射频频段中,传统滤波器结构目前仍然在使用,是数字滤波器无法替代的。滤波器的设计方法随着计算机技术的发展上了一个新台阶,而通过低通滤波器向带通滤波器的转换的方法仍然是我们的首选。滤波器参数选择的好坏将在一定程度上影响整个系统的工作稳定性和噪声指标的好坏,因此设计一个性能良好的滤波器对我们在通信中十分重要。
在滤波器综合设计法中,通常先综合设计低通原型滤波器,然后再由低通原型滤波器借助频率变换原理,通过网络转换得到所需的高通,带通,带阻滤波器。
本文对带通滤波器的设计技术进行了初步的研究并尝试了实际的设计。第一章介绍了滤波器综合设计法的基本知识,包括工作参数、二端口网络的传递函数、归一化数值等。第二章介绍了几种低通滤波器,包括Butterwoth低通滤波器和Chebyshev低通滤波器,另外详细了解带通滤波器的设计基础理论。第三章以实例给出了Butterwoth带通滤波器的设计方法,并运用PSpice对所设计滤波器进行优化设计,以达到我们所要的指标,最后对所做滤波器的性能做出分析和说明。
