Beneficiary’s signed statement certifying the following:
A) merchandise is 100 percent quality controlled
B) original manufacturer’s name or factory name does not appear on any cartons, packing material or packing slip that accompanies the shipment.
C) One complete set of original documents(including 1/3 multimodal transport document),2/3 set of original multmodal transport document and a photocopy of the original tranport document.;and /or 2 copy(ies )of signed air waybill.

1.保证全部产品合格的质保书
2.生产厂家或者原产商的名称不可出现在任何纸板,包装材料以及海运包装上.
也就是说你在包装过程中注意不要在包装上出现自己公司的名称,你们的采购商估计是二道贩子,准备到时候贴上自己公司的标签再倒卖出去.
3.3/1和2/3估计是一式三份中的1份和2份吧
很简单，你只要出具一份受益人证明就好，除非另有规定要同时出具证明里面的东西，不然直接在证明里面写上这三点，就完结了
1. 2. 就按信用证的所要求的内容做一份受益人证明.2. 1/3,应该是3份正本,一份副本的意思
1.出个工厂证书给他
2.没必要,他只是要你在装船时看不到你公司的名称以及能够代表你公司的字样
3.多种方式联运提单,一共是一式三份,每份都有相同的效力,当其中一份提货后,另二份自动失效,1/3就是三份中的一份,2/3就是指三份中的二份.
