一、工程保修承诺
我公司是经中华人民共和国建筑业联合会审定的质量承诺单位，有严格的质量监督体系和定期回访制度。工程竣工后，按中华人民共和国建设部有关规定进行保修承诺。本工程在运行中出现质量问题，接到业主通知当日可确定与业主见面的时间，以最快方式赶赴现场协商处理方法。如果属于我方责任造成，将无条件返工，根据实际情况采取相应措施，尽快处理完善。根据我公司ISO9002质量体系文件的要求，工程保修期内由工程技术部门负责保修服务的实施管理，处理实施中的问题，由本项目经理部负责该项目的具体保修工作。对提供保修服务所需设备机具应按规定进行校验、人员必须经过培训上岗，确保保修服务质量。建立顾客服务档案，做好保修服务记录。
二、工程保修期限
工程质量保修从工程实际竣工之日算起。分单项竣工验收的工程，按单项工程分别计算质量保修期，根据中华人民共和国国家规定，结合本工程具体工程约定质量保修期如下：
1、水泥工艺工程为1年，电气及自动化工程为1年。
2、电气管线、上下水管线安装工程为2年
3、供热及供冷为2个采暖期及供冷期。
4、室外的上下水工程为2年。
5、其它约定：待定
三、工程保修范围
金属结构制安及机电设备安装工程由制安所造成的质量问题。
上述工程由于业主提供材料不符合要求、设计问题和自然灾害而造成质量问题，均属有偿保修。
