现在，这座经历沧桑岁月而遗留下的仅有几处中的一处历史遗产，为今天的我们保留了繁华都市中一片绿色的世外桃园。院中的花草树木，欣欣向荣，东西厢房，面向花院内院，房内陈设着宽大的雕花架床，以及古式罗汉床，将历史与现实完美融为一体，轻纱罗帐，富贵雍容，宫灯华美，现代化设备齐全，豪华舒适，过去宫廷皇室才能使用的榻垫及案几，全都是您今日的寻常享受。
进门正厅宽敞明亮，条案上摆设着古玩玉器，厅内名家书画陈琳，显示了主人的清高独特，品味非凡。
