增加农民收入的有效途径
摘 要
我国是一个拥有庞大的人口总数而相对少的国土的农业大国。实现工业化是我国经济发展的方向。而从本质上来说，没有富裕的农民便没有强大的国家和人民，唯有逐步提高农民的收入，才能支持中国经济的快速增长和改革开放的实施。
我党在十六大上明确提出：“考虑到城乡地区的社会经济发展，发展现代农业，发展农村经济，提高农民收入才是的全面建设小康社会的关键”。可以说：不断提高农民的收入已成为党、政府、社会关注的一个热点。正是基于这一点，本文从分析了当前我国农民收入的现状及问题入手，阐述了坚定不移地推进农业和农村经济结构的战略性调整，提高农业产业化程度，不断增加农业的竞争力，是增强农民收入的根本措施；把提高农民素质作为农业增收的支撑点；切实减轻农民负担；增加对农业、农村的投入等增加农民收入的有效途径。
相信有党中央、政府给予农业、农村、农民发展致富政策上的扶持，有广大农民的艰苦奋斗和不懈努力，农民的收入水平定会不断提高，全面建设小康社会的目标一定会实现。
