UC知道电脑最近怎么老是跳蓝屏？

这几天我一边玩游戏一边听歌 有时还会玩玩QQ游戏，但是每次都在玩的高兴的时候就会突然跳掉了。现在基本上每天1—2次，我都快被烦死了 。跳掉的时候会成的蓝色的屏幕，是深兰色的，一串英文字母，开头是“a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer”后面还有很多，然后就什么都不能干了。 只能重起，我用卡巴斯基7.0的杀了好几次 但是没有木马，也没有什么病毒啊，只是有浩方对站平台的广告软件，我想这应该不管的吧，因为我同学他们都安装了这个软件，他们也没这样的情况。请问这个是什么原因？急死我了，前面有人也提出过同样的问题，但是我还是不怎么了解，我想再问下，请高手帮帮小弟，说详细点，具体该怎么办？谢谢了

没有错误代码啊？蓝屏一般与内存的关系比较大~你把内存条拔下来~用干净的橡皮轻轻的擦一下~顺便把硬件再插紧点再试试
