楼上的两位，我觉得A (COM)PACT WORKING FOR 1 YEAR比较符合意思，这个约应该是合同吧？一年有效的合同？

约会：
annual meeting
yearly meeting
yearly appointment

一年之约中文意思本身就比较模糊。不好翻译。
一年一次的约会：Appointment yearly
一整年的约会： Appointment for whole year
明年的此时再见：See you on the date next year
