为什么？请解释

第一个，double在这里做动词用，你看has后面应该加一个动词过去分词吧，这样才能形成现在完成时。twice不行，因为twice不能做动词。double 可以，a又不是完成时，所以。。。
第二个，leave sth这种表达方式后面要介形容词或者形容词词组，这句话的意思是：别把工作做一半就丢下，那么c,d,肯定不行，a、b二选一，half done这种表达方式是固定的，就这么说，没为什么。听过那个成语吗well begun is half done。好的开始是成功的一半。
第三个，walk是可数名词，起码应该有个冠词a或the吧，所以选d。另外，a two-hour walk这种表达就是走两个小时路的意思，貌似d选项的two和hour之间应该有个-才比较正确。如果用two hours那么应该是it‘s a two hours' walk.
