1.too 修饰往往带有否定和贬义
另外，一般要在too...to...中使用
2.Morrison seems very much refreshed after his vacation .
中very用来修饰much，改为Morrison seems much refreshed after his vacation .可以理解吧！much修饰refreshed
很简单， too 带有否定和贬义的意思
比较看一下，
可以说too dirty, too busy, 但是这些不能用very much 来形容。
再比如：
he is too lazy to get up at 8am
明白了吧
too一般和to连用 意思就不用我说了吧？
very修饰much much修饰refreshed 楼上已经说得很清楚了
