TECHNICAL COORDINATOR
1)Coordinate and liaise with customer from Europe and America for project transfer.
2)Coordinate the transfer project and complete by making the Technical Manual.
3)Build up an Engineering Team and QC Team for production Inspection, Improvement and development.
4)Assist Logistic Manager and Operation Manager in work flow management in assembly area.

Requirements :
1)Experience in Engineering Management.
2)Experience with plastic parts in the form of moulding would be a plus.
3)Should be able to communicate in English with the Dutch partner.

OPERATION MANAGER
1)Report directly to the General Manager and business partner in Europe on daily operations.
2)Overall in-charge for the production floor daily operation including planning, production, quality control, delivery and 5S.
3)Introduce and implement the new work cell system for production.
