比较以下两句话，为何用法不同

2.Mrs.Smith wac angry with Tom, because he always left his homework undone.
为什么第一句是leave+doing而第二句是leave+done?

leave sth doing / done
doing/ done 的选择
重点看sth和do之间的关系
主动则doing
被动则done
1.lie 为 them(paper)发出的动作 为主动 所以lying
2.undo不是homework发出的动作 而是承受了undo这个动作 是被动 所以undone

1 第一句话是一个祈使句，你不能让那些纸留在地上

这里的lying表示纸在地上的一种状态，leave在这里相当于

keep 让某某保持某种状态

2 这里是表示被动的意思
