我昨天先报名去香港,结果他说位子满了,然后我出去了一下,等我再回来时他要我从新登陆,这次我抱新加坡,success了,钱又被扣了一次!!!!!!!!
银行说我总共扣了两次$68,这是怎么回事呢???? 烦呀,各位大虾帮帮忙吧

Well, when you registered for a Hongkong and there was nolonger any seat, they would change another for you out of Hongkong, NOT turned your registion down.
So now you just have registered twice (also paid twice), and the money is unreturnable... Thats, you can't do anything for your $68, i'm sorry for that~
