UC知道收到paypal 一封信。 请问为什么？

我是一个虚拟物品的卖家，客户一直都是通过paypal付款的。 但收到paypal的一封信：

We were recently notified that a payment you received was reversed by the buyer’s bank. A bank reversal can be requested by the bank itself or the bank account holder.
As a result, the following transaction has been reversed:
Transaction Date: Aug. 10, 2007
Transaction Amount: $330.00 USD

我晕啊，当时可说撤就撤了。我就收到这么一封信。我已经给那个客户发过货了啊。客户也收到了。就因为“一次银行撤款可能是银行自己提出的，也可能是银行账户所有人所提出的”这么一句话，就能随便

我晕啊，当时可说撤就撤了。我就收到这么一封信。我已经给那个客户发过货了啊。客户也收到了。就因为“一次银行撤款可能是银行自己提出的，也可能是银行账户所有人所提出的”这么一句话，就能随便
如果你是担心有人恶意骗货，收到了却说没收到，你可以提供发货凭证，PAYPAL会做出判断的。
如果对方说收到的货不对或者是坏的，那很不幸，中国卖家不享受卖家保护，只能自求多福，不过相对来说这种情况不多。当然前提是你不是卖仿货、假货的。
可以撤款．．恶意骗货的机率不高．．因为被发现了他们也不好下台．．但是如果说你的货不对版．．那你就只能自求多福了．．因为paypal是建立在信用卡基础上的一个支付平台．．以保护客户利益为主．．而且还是国外的．．只要不是恶意骗款．．撤款成功率高达91%以上．．最少要六个月后检查你的资金没有问题才可以把钱取出来．
