电脑最近总是重启，没有任何提示，不规律的重启，找不出是硬件原因还是软件原因，于是我在：我的电脑－属性－高级－启动和故障恢复－设置－系统失败，将自动重新启动前的钩去掉，结果没多长时间电脑就蓝屏了上面的信息是：A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
The problem seems to be caused by the following file:win32k.sys
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
If this the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen,restart your computer.
If this screen appears again,follow these steps:check to make sure any new hardware or soft ware is properly installed.
If this is a new installation,ask your hardware or soft ware manufacturer for any windows updates.

If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memory
options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select

不一定要重装.
首要观察内存和风扇.
注意：全部风扇.
内存问题居多.
把内存拔下，
拿橡皮把接口擦擦，
再插回去试试.
也有可能是win32k.sys 损坏.
拷贝一个正常的到C:\Windows\ System32替代源文件即可.
注意拷贝之前要备份系统.
先格式化C盘，再重装
win32k.sys 引起错误
要实际解决问题估计你只能重装系统了，原因有很多的
把系统重装一下，再换内存条就行了
