目前，我国的中小企业已超过1000万家，占我国企业总数的90%，提供了75%的城镇就业机会，实现工业总产值占全国的60%，对我国经济增长和社会发展起着举足轻重的作用。
然而，我国一些中小企业一方面忽视了财务管理的核心地位，使企业管理局限于生产经营型管理格局之中，企业财务管理的作用没有得到充分发挥。另一方面，由于受宏观经济环境变化和体制的影响，中小企业在加强财务管理方面遇到了阻碍。通过剖析中小企业财务管理方面的问题，提出加以解决的可能之策。论文从我过中小企业财务管理现状入手，明确指出了中小企业在发展过成中财务管理问题，在此基础上详细地分析造成中小企业财务管理问题原因，进而提出解决中小企业财务管理问题的对策。
全文共分三个部分，第一部分主要是介绍我国现在中小企业的现状，中小企业财务管理暴露出明显问题。第二部分是对我国中小企业财务管理产生问题的原因，对产生这些原因的分析。第三部分是解决我国中小企业财务管理问题的对策。指出了我国中小企业财务管理方面存在的问题是有宏观经济环境和企业自身双重因素造成的。
