你们希望我们将41D项改为延期支付给银行,但接着你们又说取消41C项和41D项.这使我们很迷惑.
另外,信用证正本中42C项已经是60天即期付款为什么还要再增加41P"60天即期付款"呢?
由于我们急需这批货希望你们不要改变装船期,也因此希望你们考虑一下不修改此信用证,因为修改它将会很麻烦并产生很多手续费

We have the following doubts about your third request of L/C amendments:
You had requested that we amend item 41D to postpone the payment to the bank but you also asked for the cancellation of item 41C and 41D, which gives us a lot of confusion.
Further more, the item 42C in the original L/C has already stated "payment at 60days' sight", why do you request to add item 41P of "payment at 60days' sight"?
As we are in urgent need of the goods we hope you will not change the shipment date and therefore wish you will consider not to request the amendment of the L/C because it will cause a lot of trouble and expenses.
