因为我们现在使用的银行离办公地点很远，对于工作很不方便。
于是我在现在的办公楼的工商银行开办了一个一般户，这样，到时我们换银行时，就可以把一般户变为基本户。我申请了网上银行，这样，财务领导就可以随时登陆网站进行财务进出监督，如对其中有疑义，可以随时让我们提供相关凭证。

Because our office is quite far away from the bank we currently use, it is really inconvenience to our work.
So, what I am doing is to open a new account as common client in the Gong Shang Bank which is located in our offices building. Thus, when we change our bank, we can change our account from commo client to basic client. I applied the internet banking as well. So, the leaders/ managers of financial department can log on the internet banking at any time they want to check the financial records. If they find any problems in that, we will offer the related evidences immediately.
