公司发行股票对于资产的增加是如何计算？？？？？？？？？

比如公司原资产是1亿，股票发行面值1元，是不是就是总股是1亿股。然后流通股占45%的话那么是否就是融姿4500万。那是不是公司资产就是1.45亿？那流通股东手上的45%的股本又是怎么算？还有就是原股东的利益从何看出他的资产在增加呢？

可能问题有点笨？但是就是搞不懂。

You have to clarify how to balance the "Consolidated Balance Sheet".
If the company asset is $100MM, then the asset is still $100MM. When the firm raised $100MM stock, on the asset side, cash increase $100MM while on the Liability and Equity side, Equity increase $100MM. So now the total asset of the company is $200MM. Within the $100MM newly issued equity, you said 45% is common share, then the rest 55% is preferred share. Those two both should be put on the balance sheet under "Equity".
