项目中职责：主要负责此项目技术方面规划和项目引导工作，主要是项目交流和技术方案制定，方案根据用户的业务对网络要求、管理体制、成本、传输等要求而制定，对网络的拓扑、链路带宽、设备选择、AS和路由、MPLS VPN、QOS、可靠性、网管以及NTP进行相应的规划。按照铁道部管理体制和网络规模，全网共划分二十多AS，共包括几百台高、中、低端路由器和交换机等数据通信设备。
