1．目的：结合公司现状及员工需求，规范公司车辆使用，使车辆使用达到最优化。
2．范围：凡涉及公司车辆使用，含内部人员及外部人员用车，皆属本管理范围。
3．细则：
3.1 公司隶属之三部车辆（商务车苏A1D141 面的车苏A1C672 桑塔纳苏A7H339）统一由行政
部门管理、安排、调度。车辆所产生之相关费用（保养维修费、过路过桥费、停车费等）统一由行政部予以审核；
公司车辆年检、保险等由行政部统一办理。
公司车辆统一使用中石化的加油IC卡加油，每车一卡。驾驶员在申报IC卡费用时同时上报车辆的公里数，不得在使用IC卡时有作弊行为。
3.2 为方便车辆安排调度，各部门用车需凭部门经理或经理级以上领导签字的派车单至行政部门申请，市内用车需提前半天申请，市外用车提前一天申请（紧急情况凭部门经理签字证明者除外）。若非提前申请，则按半天或一日后时间安排车辆。
各部门不得随意调用车辆，驾驶员无经过相关人员签字的派车单不得出车。紧急情况可在行政主管的口头许可下先行出车，并在出车回来后两日内予以补写派车单。
3.3 行政部门在安排车辆时，应全方位考虑，依据事情紧急程度及节省费用开支合理处理，最大限度满足员工工作使用及节约费用需求。
3.4 公司车辆由司机或公司指定之专人驾驶，其他人不得私自驾驶。原则上白天未出车及夜间车辆需停放公司内，由于长途出车不能按时回厂者除外。
3.5 本办法自颁布之日起正式生效。
3.6 以上未尽事宜由行政部予以解释及做相关调整处理。
