我14岁的时候帮助一个青少年组织卖报纸筹集资金，每个人至少要卖掉50份，每个班级3个人，开始的时候我们不知道怎么叫卖，很害羞，因为这是我们第一次的真正和金钱有关的”销售行为”，又是在人群聚集的市中心大街上，通过和其他的商贩交流，我们知道了一些小的技巧，如何去观察顾客，选择吸引人的标题．．．最后我们成功了．从中我们得到了宝贵的经验和教训：竞争的精神（因为要和其他的班级竞赛），团队的精神（帮助其他的队员），观察客户，克服紧张和害羞的情绪，总之那是一次很有意思的经历．

When I was 14, I helped a youth organization to fundraise by selling newspapers. Everyone must sell at least 50 newspapers. There were 3 people from each class. At first, we didn't know how to sell because we were shy and it was our first encounter with money and sales activity. Aslo, we had to sell in the crowded streets. However, through interacting with other sllers, we learned some small tricks regarding how to observe the customers, and choose attractive titles. Finally we succeeded. We learded important experience: competitve spirit (because we had to compete with other class), team work (helping each other in the team), observing customers and supressing the feeling of timidness and nervousness. In conclusion, that was a very interesting experience.
