系统文件夹多了个uninst.exe

c：\windows文件夹下多了一个uninst.exe，用江明的未知病毒检测发现该文件正在运行而且可疑率为32%，请问，这是一个病毒或者是木马之类的程序么？而且这个文件的创建日期是今天：2007-10-14日
