I found a fat beauty in a episode of a popular show recently,very chubby.It's difficult for her to run.One of my friends told me that it's my tomorrow if I don't do anything to stop my growing weight.wow!
I have a healthy diet for a long time,and i quit potato chip,fry chicken and quick-serve meal and I eat 80% full each meal .but I lack sports.I get myself a brand new environment since I removed from home.I don't know go where to do sports,do what kind of sports.any suggestions?
