个人主义与集体主义

Imagine that you are a policeman. You are walking down a street one day and saw a man was doing a crime with a gun in his hand. You were not on duty that day and didn't have a gun with you. There were no one else there and you had no phone to make a call. Then what will you do, try to stop the crime or just walk away, pretending you hadn't seen anything?
