does用于第三人称，do用于一、二人称。

(1)He doesn't have big eyes.

(2)I don't have a round face.

he has not big eyes.
I don'have a round fae

1.He doesn't have big eyes.
2.I don't have a round face.
have(has)后不能直接加not，这是绝对错误的搭配！
而如果是have(has) got 句型，才可以直接在have后加not．
所以一楼，四楼的都是错的．
