If the agreement is terminated by seller due to intertional breach by purchaser, purchaser shall, for each AER not purchased according to the Delivery Schedule, (i) pay to Seller the difference between the Unit Price and the Market Price (if at the time of the termination the Unit Price exceeds the arket Price), and (ii) make a pay ment equal to 50% fo the Unit Price.

由于购买者intertional breach的原因导致卖家中止了协定，对于发货清单上尚未购买的每一个气压单位，购买者应当1.付清单价与市场价的差价（如果中止时单价超过市场价的话）2.支付单价一半。
