1.选b 这个是从句 在这里whose不是特殊疑问句 是引导词 所以后面的句子是陈述句 又因为主句（引导词前的句子）的时态是过去时 所以从句也用过去时 主句与从句的事态要一致
2.选b 这个也是从句 上面说过的我就不废话了``
这里could不是过去时 而是表示请求的词 所以用is

这种句型叫从句 从句分很多种 其中像特殊疑问词这样的词在这里叫引导词 许多考题在这里靠从句的顺序 要记住引导词后面跟陈述句
