11) Grievance/Dispute Procedure
Any grievance or dispute should be taken up with your Direct Supervisor. If a satisfactory outcome cannot be achieved, the matter should be referred up the reporting line. The time elapsing between reference to various levels should not normally exceed 10 days.

任何申诉或纠纷应采取的行动与你的直接上司。如果一个令人满意的结果，能不能达到，此事应交由了汇报路线。在这段时间之间的参考，以各层次通常不应超过10天。
