答案是B,因为to 是介词后面也要加doing ,可是为什么to 是介词,怎么样判别to介词还是动词不定式的符号?

be+形容词+to 中的to 为动词不定式,这里的key 是名词，不是形容词。
the key to sth / doing sth
表示什么事情/做什么事情的关键
固定用法。
我觉得判断to是介词时，都是都固定用法或者习惯用法的。
1.to 在动词后面通常是介词，如：
go to .....
listen to.....
2.特殊情况，这要背诵，如：
the answer to the question
look forward to .....
