一、安溪铁皮工厂已经从小型开始整合，与闽侯地区铁皮工厂走到相同路线(大型化，规模化）。
1、 小型铁皮工厂已在凋零之中。

3、 安溪铁艺品转型。

二、比价结果
1、 走访第一家：英饰有限公司（铁线产品）
其工艺与我们的产品工艺不一样，未能比价。
2、 走访第二家：华工厂（其铁皮样品有上千种，有的产品造型和我们的也很相似。）
当我们拿出我们得产品想要跟老板估价时，可以看出他兴趣不够，最后也未能估价给我们。其原因有：
a. 铁皮差异（我们使用的铁皮品质比较好，比较厚。）
b. 技术差异（此工厂生产的产品使用的技术和我们有较大差异,例如：他们产品的焊点比较粗糙，做工比较不精细。）
c. 包装差异（此工厂一般不使用KD包装，因为KD费工费时。）
