本论文首先分析对现有的维修体制和组织形式中存在的不适应因素和环节，进行分析研究，提出在修程修制方面所应进行的改革，调整综合修和设备静态数据检查的组织形式，改进维修指导方式，建立轨道检查车检测数据库，利用计算机管理系统，通过对铁路轨道动态、静态检测数据全面分析管理，掌握轨道的实际质量状况，跟踪维修质量，进行决策分析，实行计算机辅助的线路养修管理。第三，重点介绍了佳木斯工务段在轨道检查车检查数据方面的应用情况。
