I think that what you need is a member that can use English to communicate with others freely,but not just a certificant. And as you can see, I can talk with the native speakers fluently, though I do not pass the CET4 and CET6.
Er ，as you can see ,I can communicate with foreigners efficiently although I didn`t pass the CET4 and CET6 examination which places emphasis in writing rather than in speaking .I think you are expecting capable emploee like me , not a simple piece of CET4 and CET6 certificates .
