UC知道有几个句子请改错

1,has been doing 是说从过去某个点时间开始，持续到现在，所以后面不能跟段时间，应该是，since several weeks ago.
2, than 前面没有助动词，后面就不需要，所以不用are.
3，一个句子不能有两个谓语动词，最好是说，The director was critical on our way of doing work.
4, like sb to do sth 是可以的，如：I like people to tell truth.
不过最好是改成名词性短语，I don't like your arriving late.
也有说法是：前者表示一次发生的事，后者表示经常发生．
1.burn the midnight oil 是固定搭配,所以少了个the;另外时态好象也不对,既然是last few weeks,是不是应该用过去完成时呢?

3.in the way应该是”挡道”的意思,不知道in the process 合不合你想表达的意思，应该表示在工作的过程中吧!
