The views on strengthening the precaution of crimes by taking advatage of duty from the supreme procuratorates points out, "the aim that the procuratorative organs strength the precaution of crimes by taking advantage of duty is to reduce the crimes by taking advantage of duty to a large extend by effective measures, so as to keep the efficiency of national executive organs, maitain the stability of the socity, safegurad the legal rights of companyies, enterprises, public institutions, organizations and citizens, ensure the clean of the government, promote the economic progress and social progress". According to this requirement of the supreme procuratorate, only the precaution is spead as wide as the whole nation, can this goal be achieved. we should closely contact with the objects of precaution, such as the executive organs, enterprises, public insititutions, groups and even the individuals by taking advantage of the functions of supervision of the procuratorative organ
