我的问题是第82题，it前为什么要加for，难道有ask for sth to do的用法，还是有别的解释方法？
asd for sth 是没问题的。但是后面的不定式起什么作用呢？我看只能做补足语吧？可是ask for后面可以带不足与吗？有这样的用法吗？

这里没必要当成一个词组来理解吧，
ask for 含“要求”、“需要”、“申请”的意思，
而ask纯粹是“问”的意思，后面直接跟sb.。

这里后面的to do sth.是补语，是在补充前面的意思。
当你需要在意思中加上动词的话，需要做些处理，因为英语一句话中的动词只能有一个，这里采用的是不定时。

整句话的含义是你申请为你保留这本书（意译就是“预约”）

补充：
ask是可以跟补语的，ask sb. to do sth.，中的不定式其实就是做补语的。
你现在学到高中阶段，已经可以把单纯的句型抛开而去看语法了。
本身宾语和宾补都是可以存在的，宾语补足语的作用就是让意思更完整。
但是作为宾补，必须和宾语一样，是名词性的词或短语，所以在跟动词的时候，必须使用不定时、或现在分词，或者过去分词，三种形态有不同的用法，可以根据前后的含义、动作的时态，做出选择。
