请问make to do 和make do 的区别 make from和make of的区别 every both each all的区别 还有这句话Betty is not allowed to go out in the evening and Peter is not allowed, 后面为什么用either 而不用too？？ 谢谢

make to do 和make do 的区别:前者指使……做什么，例句：I was made to wash clothes all day.后者有打发的意思：例句：We make do with sandwich.我们用三明治打发。
make from和make of的区别:前者是指一样东西看表面你看不出来它是用什么原材料做的；后者则看得出。例如:The desk is made of wood,the paper is made from wood,too.
