我明年3月3日要到美国参加会议，13号左右结束，会去加拿大拜访您。总结下今年双方合作的情况，计划下明年的工作思路， 不知道您有没有时间接待？

I will come to USA for meeting at 3rd,March next year,and the meeting finished at 13th,March.

I will go to Canada to visit you,and talk with you about our cooperation of this year and the plan for the next year.
