外贸信用证，有几句不懂的 请帮忙

你的货到底是走海运还是走空运啊？
第二条要出海运提单，第三条要出空运运单，怪怪的，不是一份L/C吧？

你把内容省略干吗？要求几份单据，运费预付还是到付，又不是什么商业秘密。

你一条都看不懂吗？这些要求的都是基本单据啊！

全都是信用证条款的各式语，没有任何实质内容。。。

这个应该是信用证申请书的内容，您是做进口的牙。
1、Signed Commercial invoice in ...original(s)and ...copies indicating this L/C NO. and Contract No.....
签署商业发票您要几份正本几份副本在这里提出，请在originals和copies前面填写您需要的数字。
同时此商业发票中要注明信用证号和合同号，请填写合同号在Contract No处。

2、full set plus...non - negotiable copies of clean on board Ocean Bills of lading made out to order.这里可以什么都不写.....and blank endorsed,marked"freight.这里写运费到付还是预付....."notifying the applicant
全套正本清洁海运提单，加您需要几份副本提单请在plus后面填写。
本提单为空白背书的，表明运费预付货到付，还有就是notify为申请人。

如果您是海运的话，这个就不用写了。这是关于空运提单的部分，内容大致同海运提单。
