Without prejudice to any other means through which it is possible to prove the delivery, the Parties shall consider a notice to be properly delivered:
a) if delivered personally, on the day of actual acceptance of the notice by the receiver
b) on the day when it has been delivered to the person stated in the receiver’s address who is authorised to take over the post deliveries
c) on the day when it was being delivered to the person stated in the receiver’s address and appointed to take over the mail deliveries, and this person has refused to take over the mail delivery.
d) if delivered by post, then on the day of handover of the mail delivery to the receiver
