使 用 说 明 书
一、 概述：
QCS-3C型电容式数字显示水份测定仪，采取直接插入法
测定咖啡豆的含水量。操作简单，测试迅速，读数直观，携带方
便。主要用于咖啡豆的收储监测。
二、 技术性能：
1、 测量品种和范围：咖啡豆7~15%
2、 精度：±0.5%
3、 测试时间：≤3秒
4、 工作环境：温度0~40℃，相对湿度＜85%
5、 电源6F22，9V
6、 外形尺寸：365×80×40
7、 重量：0.9kg
三、 操作方法
1、 开机：将仪器开关置于“开”，此时仪器应显示为“00.0”。
如不为零，应调节“调零”旋钮，使其数字为“00.0”（尾数
跳动一个字为正常现象）。
2、 校正方法：凡因产地和品种不同，或季节变化直接影响到
测量精度时，则应对仪器进行校正，方法如下：
取含水量接近标准值的咖啡豆样品，用105℃烘干法先测试出
被测品种咖啡豆的水份含量，再用QCS-3C型水测仪铲满咖啡
豆，并调节：“校正”孔内的可变电位器（请事先卸开其塑料小
盖），使仪器所显示的数字与烘干法测出的数值相一致。
3、 测试：将仪器的插斗铲满咖啡豆，此时仪器所显示的数字
就是被测咖啡豆的含水量的百分数。操作时，为了减小测量误
差，每次铲入的方式和速度应大体相同，一次装满插斗。
四、 注意事项
1、 仪器每次使用完毕，应关掉电源，并将仪器擦拭干净存放
在干燥阴凉处。长期不用，应卸下手柄的后盖，取出电池，以
免腐蚀仪器。
2、 仪器切忌乱拆乱卸。如发生故障，应与本公司联系修理。
3、 仪器使用3~5个月后，如发现数字指示不准，或校正不到
起始值，应更换电池。更换电池后应重新装好压紧电池的后盖。
4、 仪器正常使用，保修18个月。
