【摘要】 目的 研究肥胖人群炎症因子水平与2型糖尿病发生的相关性。方法 对2003年3月~9月在我院健康体检中，筛选出肥胖人群160例（男88例，女72例）为观察组，非肥胖人群160例（男91例，女69例）为对照组，检测血清中C-反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原（Fg）水平，并测量其身高、体重、腰围、血压，测定血脂（TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C）,计算体重指数（BMI）。结果 （1）肥胖人群血浆CRP和Fg水平明显高于非肥胖人群。（2）线性相关分析显示，肥胖人群中，CRP和Fg与FPG、2hPG、BMI、TG、LDL-C收缩压、舒张压呈正相关，与HDL-C呈负相关。（3）肥胖组2型糖尿病发生率、高血压发生率显著高于非肥胖组。结论 肥胖人群已出现炎症表现，炎症因子CRP和Fg在2型糖尿病和动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展中起着重要的作用。

【【摘要】 目的 分析肥胖与糖尿病、高血压病的相关性。方法 对象为2003年3月—9月健康体检筛选出的肥胖人群。方法 测身高、体重、腰围、血压、计算体重指数（BMI）,行空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、血脂等的测定，每半年随访一次。结果 对160例肥胖人群5年的随访中，10例发展为空腹血糖受损（IFG，6.2%），28 例发展为糖耐量异常（IGT，17.7%），13例发展为2型糖尿病（T2DM,8.12%）,79例发展为高血压病（HT,49.4%）。结论 肥胖与空腹血糖受损、糖耐量异常、2型糖尿病、高血压病的发病有明显的相关性。
