如何向老外解释我国的独生子女政策？

外国朋友对我国的独生子女政策很不理解！他们认为这一政策侵犯了妇女的权益，连生几个孩子都要管，我该如何向他们解释呢？如我所知，我国规定每个家庭只能有一个孩子，如果妇女再次怀孕，必须通过手术呀什么的拿掉孩子；现在政策又允许高学历，如研究生以上学历的公民可以生育第二胎。

计划生育是我国的基本国策，但要向老外解释清楚好像很难！
怎样才能向他们解释清楚，又不会引起不必要的矛盾呢？

Only-child policy is our country's basic policy,nowdays the large population is one of the biggest problems in the world,especially in china,which has 1.3 billion people that is 1/5 of the population of the world,whih the developed of population,much more pressure' s coming,influencing the education,economy,enviromet,architechure and so on,after all,the space of our earth is so limited,who can supply Chinese the food,or other things?now our coutry's GDP is growing fast,but with the influencing from the large population,pressure still be strong!
Our governt have launched the policy,which is not occupying the women's right,which is based on our true domestic fact that is very different from ohther countries!the only child will be educated better,besids the policy can control the rapid the populatin,relax the working pressure!
so,please don't think the policy offense the women's right!
